Who’s TalentHR for?

TalentHR is built for small to medium-sized businesses, no matter where they’re located across the world. With an intuitive design and rich customization options, TalentHR frees up HR managers' time and helps businesses organize their people operations from a single platform.

How do I get started with TalentHR?

Create a domain and enjoy a 14-day free trial of the Premium plan. After the trial, you can continue with the Free plan, supporting up to 10 active users with no time limits, or choose the Essential or Premium plans for more users and advanced HR tools. Both paid plans start with a 15-user minimum and can be expanded in increments of 5 users. The Essential plan includes asset management, custom fields, Safe voice, and unlimited job postings, while the Premium plan adds performance reviews and access to all integrations and AI features.

How do TalentHR’s plans work?

TalentHR offers three plans: Free, Essential, and Premium.

Free: Supports up to 10 active users and gives access to core TalentHR features.
Essential: Includes asset management, custom fields, Safe voice, and unlimited job postings. Users are charged from the first user, with pricing at $2.40/user/month (monthly billing) or $2/user/month (annual billing).
Premium: Includes all Essential features plus performance reviews and public API access. Pricing is $4.80/user/month (monthly) or $4/user/month (annual).

Depending on your company needs, you can change plans or cancel your subscription any time you want. If you decide to cancel your paid plan, you won’t lose access to your portal and data.

What’s the setup process like?

Setting up your account at TalentHR is as simple as creating a new email address. No IT knowledge or numerous calls with customer support are required. Sign up for free using your email, and start adding your data. Depending on your company size, setup will take between a few hours and 2-3 business days.

How secure is TalentHR?
